Guangzhou Municipal Provisions on Open Government Information

Jamie P. Horsley provided an english version of the Guangzhou FOI legislation. According to the difference between openness and access to information held by Patrick Birkinshaw and the fact of a right to know conferred by the Provisions, I suggest that it must be better to translate the title of the legislation into the following, namely, 'Guangzhou Municipal Provisions on Access to Government Information'. #
