Solutions for the Conflict between Commercial Exploitation on Public Sector Information and Intellectual Property Right

There is a conflict between reuse on public sector information and intellectual property rights. What our aim is mitigate the conflict in order to maximize the benefits of reuse on public sector information. The US model is the ideal one as it waives their copyrights for any federal government information. However, many countries could not learn that and will pay more costs than the US to promote the benefits of reuse of public sector information.  #
